I am a traditional Blacksmith working from my forge in the Conwy Valley in North Wales.

My skills as a Blacksmith have been passed down through my family through the generations dating back to the sixteenth century, hence the name Ancestral Metal.

I design and make traditional Ironwork using hand tools, forge and anvil which belonged to my Grandfather.

Working on a coke forge I produce items to commission, which range in scale from hand made nails to 12 ft decorative ironwork gates.
My work can be seen on National Trust Estates, also traditional farm gates on Countryside Council of Wales land and many other sites where clients have period style properties and historical buildings.
